Advocacy & Appeals
Representation if claim issues arise. Prepare appeals if denial is ever received. Referral to NY State Department of Insurance if questionable denial made by LTC.
Ongoing Monitoring
Ensure appropriate providers are in place. Monitor Care Plan and Services. Submit LTC invoices for reimbursement and follow up for a timely claim payment.
